drove 30 min for a candy apple, once i got in they only had one left then she proceeds to drop it and doesn’t even offer to make a new one just says “sorry i don’t have another one” there’s always a problem coming here either they don’t have any at all or they’re dropping them

Its seems that every time Ive gone to this location they are ALWAYS out of Apples, especially Pecan Apples. The case is filthy and bare. Im told to come back but the next day or next week its STILL empty! New management and staff is need ASAP. The owner is never present anymore so I wonder if she knows how ran down her business is? The front cake and ice cream refrigerator has been broken for months. Its so sad to see this business in such bad shape in such a short time! I'll never return after many weeks of trying to just get 1 or 2 speciality apples.

The manager refused to take accountability that an order was made on the phone. Drove 40 minutes to to this location, only to be told that my order was not made. Lack of professionalism at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. It’s a shame because the quality of product is great.

The service was great and staff very friendly. My only complaint Is the wax paper they put the caramel apples in tends to take all the caramel off the apple and leaving you with only about 60 percent of the caramel. They need to go back to using the plastic containers or wrap the bottom of the apple in plastic instead of that horrible wax paper that does not serve its purpose. At over 8.00 an apple, at the very least, we should be able to enjoy every spec of caramel purchased.

They don't have a full variety of items fr Rocky Mountian Chocolate factory being that it is a Cold Stone Creamery. They messed up my order I didn't realize until I was home 20 miles away. I called them back they said the next ti.e you are in we will remake your whole order. I was like cool. I came back about 5 days later they refused to make the whole order again. They chose to make only the part they messed up only. William was cool but Bryan was not very nice. I am sending this not because I wanted something extra but because they didn't keep their word. So I am here they they gave me one of the two things they messed up originally. And they don't have enough ingredients to make the second item I didn't get. So they said so we can give you the other items on the order instead.🤨 One of the employees just quit because of this issue. The boss wanted her to give me peeps instead of jumbo marshmallows.
